About the Conference
With demand for advice accelerating and competitive pressure intensifying across member service, super fund advice is being reshaped around a clearer objective: delivering on the retirement promise. That promise can’t be fulfilled by activity alone, it must be proven through outcomes. The real measure of success is no longer how much advice was delivered, but what changed for the member: greater clarity, better decisions, and confidence in retirement.
Built around this outcome‑led lens, the conference brings together super fund and institutional advice leaders to hear directly from members, unpack lessons from complaints and misunderstandings, and collaborate on what good really looks like. Attendees will take part in practical discussions, experience live technology showcases, and explore how tools and advisers can work together to turn insight into impact, all while strengthening professional capability, sharing ideas with peers, and building connections across the advice community.
