As Head of Marketing, Susan is responsible for delivering marketing and communications strategies that support the achievement of IFS goals.
This includes management of value propositions, targeted communications and collateral to clients and key stakeholders, and optimising IFS’ brand profile and public presence via digital and traditional channels. She also manages feedback and insights to ensure the user voice is represented in organisational projects and initiatives.
Susan joined IFS with extensive experience across a range of industries including financial services and super, wills and estates, arts and culture, and travel.
She holds a Master of Business (Marketing), Graduate Diploma Business (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) and RG146 Diploma of Financial Planning. She has worked with IFS since 2014.
David is the Head of Technology. He is responsible for overseeing Information & Communications Technology (ICT) at IFS.
David has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, including three years in Chartered Accounting firms and three years in the United Kingdom.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand since 2002.
David has worked at IFS since 2014.
As Head of People & Culture, Mandy and her team work closely with the CEO and Executive Managers to develop and implement a range of people strategies and initiatives aligned with the business plan.
Mandy is an experienced People and Culture leader with over twenty years’ experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development. Mandy’s career includes leadership roles across a number of industries such as aviation, travel and tourism, property, education and financial services. Prior to joining IFS in 2014, Mandy worked with Superpartners (now part of the Link Group) for 8 years, leading a team of Learning and Organisational Development professionals.
Mandy’s qualifications and accreditation include Post Graduate Certificate in Business, Diploma in Business and Human Resources, Diploma in Training and Assessment.
Natalie is the Financial Controller (Product and Tax) at IFS. She is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic financial objectives of the Advice Solutions division.
Natalie is also the Responsible Manager for Industry Funds Investments (IFI) and leads the corporate tax matters across the IFS Group, AFSL Compliance and statutory reporting.
Natalie started her career as a Chartered Accountant and moved to the Financial Services Industry over 20 years ago. She is extremely passionate about the Industry Super philosophy of all profits to members and wants to see more members receive high quality, low-cost financial advice.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, Master of Applied Finance and is a member of Chartered Accounts Australia & New Zealand.
David is the Financial Controller (Corporate) at IFS. He is responsible for the production of financial reporting for IFS and its affiliate companies for both internal and external use. He is the Responsible Manager for IFS Insurance Solutions (IFSIS) and is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic financial objectives of the Unpaid Super division.
David has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of finance and accounting roles both in Australia and UK including the construction and airlines industries before moving to the profit-to-member super fund sector. He has been with IFS for 17 years.
David holds a BA (hons) Business Studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and CPA Australia.
As the Executive Manager of Advice Solutions, Adrian is responsible for managing and growing IFS’ financial advice business encompassing Licensee services, thought leadership and Financial Advice strategy. With the help of our committed financial planning staff, Adrian is responsible for helping our valued client funds expand their advice offers and reach.
Adrian has been working within the financial planning industry for 15 years for organisations in both the retail and profit for member sector and has held a broad range of superannuation leadership roles spanning organisational strategy, project management, financial advice and mergers/acquisitions.
He is passionate about the role financial advice can play in helping superannuation members achieve a better retirement outcome, sharing the goal of making advice affordable to everyday Australians.
Adrian is currently working his way towards a Masters in Organisational Leadership, holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Alison is the Executive Manager Unpaid Super (formerly IFCC). She works with our profit to member client funds to recover any compulsory superannuation guarantee for their members.
Alison is responsible for managing all aspects of the Unpaid Super's recovery services, which span the areas of credit, legal and insolvency services.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in Financial Services including Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operations Officer with Industry Super Australia, Head of Projects with Guild Trustee Services and senior roles with ACSI and AustralianSuper.
Alison has a Master of Marketing (Management), a Master of Teaching (Secondary) and a Bachelor of Arts. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Csaba is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of IFS. Prior to this, he was the Executive Manager of Legal, Risk & Compliance. Csaba is also the Company Secretary for IFS, Industry Funds Investments and IFS Insurance Solutions.
Csaba has worked in the financial services industry for over 17 years, previously at ANZ, AMP and AXA across a diverse range of roles including operations, product development, management and rationalization, and leading regulatory change projects.
Csaba holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business (Finance), MBA and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is a member of FPA Australia, the Legal Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia. He also sits on various industry policy and governance committees with Industry Super Australia and the AIST.
Csaba joined IFS in 2015 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
