Monthly Performance vs Benchmark
The table below shows you each ME Investment Funds’ investment performance for the listed period as well as the performance of the selected benchmarks.
Investment performance for each Fund is calculated by measuring the difference between the current end of month non transactional unit price and the prior period’s end of month non transactional unit price.
A non transactional unit price is one that is not used for the processing of investor transactions and is calculated only for measuring investment performance and will differ from the unit prices published on this website.
This is the performance applicable to investors who were investors at the beginning and the end of the period and who did not initiate any transactions during the period.
Investment performance is quoted net of fees and before taxes. For periods greater than 1 year investment performance is calculated on an annualised basis.

- Secure Fund - 60% Intech Conservative Gross Investor Index and 40% UBS Australian Bank Bill Index (adjusted for ME Secure Fund management fee)
- Income Plus Fund - Intech Conservative Gross Investor Index (adjusted for the ME Income Plus Fund management fee)
- Growth Fund - Intech Growth Gross Investor Index (adjusted for the ME Growth Fund management fee)
- High Growth Fund - Intech High Growth Gross Investor Index (adjusted for the ME High Growth Fund management fee)
- Australian Shares Fund - S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index (adjusted for the ME Australian Share Fund management fee)
- International Shares Fund - MSCI World Ex-Australia Index 66.6% unhedged in AUD and 33.3% hedged into AUD (adjusted for the ME International Share Fund management fee
- Property Fund - 20% Intech Australian Unlisted Property Index, 40% S&P/ASX 300 Listed Property Accumulation Index and 40% UBS Global Real Estate Investors Index ex-Australia hedged into AUD (adjusted for ME Property Fund management fee)
